Do you want to invest exclusively or co-invest in real estate?
Our expertise lies within urban developments with complex regulations. We develop real estate properties in the Netherlands, ranging from 4 to 100 units per development. The focus is on Amsterdam, but it is not exclusive. For our project development unit we are looking for real estate objects in both urban and rural areas. The focus is on homes with a preference for mixed functions. This varies from national monuments to vacant office buildings.
We use sustainability criteria for all current developments. For each development, the people, planet and profit mix beoordeeld. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat het toepassen van enige vorm van duurzaamheid leidt tot een sterkere waarde vastheid in de (nabije) toekomst. Hierbij maken wij ontwikkelingsberekeningen, quickscans en haalbaarheidsstudies. Op eigen initiatief acquireert Winnen & Co bestaand vastgoed voor investeerders en worden voor de objecten investeerders en/of beleggers uit ons netwerk benaderd waarna Winnen & Co de ontwikkeling in opdracht uitvoert.
